Unfurnished: sale’s price
Unfurnished means that no loose object is being left in the apartment. Everything that can be easily moved will be removed, including all tools and mobile devices in kitchen and in the bathrooms. Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher, Induction Stove and ovens will remain, and so will the Washing machine and the Dry Tumbler in the Maintenance room.
SemiFurnished
SemiFurnished means the same as unfurnished with the exception of certain items and furniture agreed upon. A list of items which may remain for the specified costs is presented for agreement on request.
Furnished: + £15,000
Furnished means that all furniture and ornamentation (e.g., rugs) will be left as they are (exceptions are plants, books, video tapes and some movable kitchen devices as well as personal cosmetic and health items and clothes). For beds there will be a particular agreement.
