Notice that the apartments ending in 04, 05 and 06 are the 1-bedroom flats. They are each slightly larger than half the size of the 2-bedroom apartments (2301 to 2303 and 2307 to 2308). A detailed measurement shows that apartment 2308 is even a little larger than the other 2-bedroom apartments.

So, when making comparison of the sales-value of the different apartments, it doesn’t make sense to compare the prices for the smallest apartments with the biggest apartment only because one is acustomed to an arbitrary classification of each apartmental area (bedroom, no matter what the room is used for). In all other countries 2308 would be mentioned as ‘a 70 sqm 3-rooms flat with a kitchen’ and then let the buyer use each room as he finds fit. In reality apartment 2308 has NO bedroom at all in the Anglo-Saxon meaning of the word. If correct in this world it should be advertized as a 0-bedroom flat. To put it together with ordinary 1-bedroom flats would be as much a sign of misinformation as putting it among 2-bedroom flats, as I see it.
