The rental company ManRent manages administration and letting of the property Apartment 2308, City Heights, Manchester City Centre, Salford. The apartment will preliminary be available for a visit at the end of July after appointment by WhatsApp +44 7900 000000 or by email support@topofcityheights.xyz or by an agreement with the agent at ManRent, cfff@fffff.chang.
A move-in will be possible after September 15th 2024 on a date that will be agreed upon.
Items included in the rent:
- A parking space for your car or you can let to someone for 100-200£ per month.
- A bespoken Queen Size bed with a matresse by Royal Court Provider Hästen.
- A Pioneer HD Ready 46cm TV set.
- A US Whirlpool six kilogram washing machine.
- A Swedish/Italian Zanussi/Electrolux dry tumbler.
- A Swedish Electrolux Vacuum Cleaner.
- Two Bhutan and one Persian rug? or do I take the rugs with me?
- A well equipped kitchen including:
- a. A new, integrated Fridge/Freezer.
- b. A new, integrated Beko Dishwasher.
- c. A CDA electric oven.
- d. A CDA microwave oven.
- e. An induction stove with four plates, each with nine levels.
- f. A designed Danish extractor with integrated stove-light.
- g. Various kitchen items like glass, cups, plates, cutlery, pans, saucepans and oven-safe plates and deep dishes.
Payments of services:
The landlord pays for the administration of the building City Heights and also pays the fees to the freehold landlord.
The landlord pays a yearly fee for the parking space.
The landlord pays an insurance for the actual apartment and included items.
The rentee pays an optional home insurance for the items in the apartment and for personal belongings.
Who will pay for a plummber, an electrician or other professional’s work in the flat depends on the cause of the work done, and will be explained by ManRent.
The rentee pays Local Council Tax.
The rentee pays for electriciy, water, telephone, TV license, broadband and other own services. If requested ManRent will help to chose companies.
The rentee is obliged to cover the cost of any damage or damaged or lost item and also to report to ManRent anything not working in the daily functioning of the apartment.
Payments of rent:
For a twelve-months period the rent is 2.395£ per month, 2,545£ for a six- months period and for thre months 2,695£. The rent is paid to the ManRent company and shall appear on their account at the latest on the day before the rental period starts. Each period starts when the rent for the whole period has arrived at the company’s account when they will also transferr the keys..
Each rent is automatically renewed for an additional period of the same length if no notice has been given at least one whole month before the enf of the periood. The time of notice is the same for rentee and for the landlord: at least one whole month in advance.
For each period an extra month’s rent will be deposited at ManRent. The deposit will be returned in full to the rentee when the keys and the Car Parking License is returned to the ManRent if there are no unsolved conflicts around payment or around objects or functions in the apartment.
